If you are running StitchCraft 2006 you may have the following problems:

 

Problem 1:	Hardware Locks
Affects:	StitchCraft Designer & Publisher Editions supplied with Parallel Port Hardware Locks..
Description:	If you have bought a new computer which does not have a parallel port, then you will be unable to plug your StitchCraft Hardware lock in.
Solution A:	Pay $50AUD to change to the Hardware Lock to a USB type:
Or Solution B:	Get your IT person to add a card with a compatible parallel port.
